Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams smoked salmon fillets
  • 1 very small red onion
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • 2tbsp. Horseradish cream
  • 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tub (≈250 grams) of mascarpone cream cheese
  • 200 grams cream cheese

Salmon Dip-01Put 200 grams smoked salmon fillets in a blender or a Magimix (I use the Magimix). Take 1 very small red onion, chop it into fine slices and put it in a dish. Sprinkle the onion with salt and rinse off the salt. Squeeze the onion and then add it to the mix with the rest. Add the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. of Horseradish cream, 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (you can add more it you want it spicy), 1 tub (about 250 grams) of mascarpone cream cheese and 200 grams cream cheese. Blend everything well.
